We hold public records about hotels, and very little about you.

What this site collects about you

The public site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. Your theme choice is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Our sign-in provider, Clerk, sets functional cookies that make signing in work — no cookie on this site is an advertising cookie.

The walkthrough form asks for your name and email, and optionally a company, phone number and county of interest. We use what you submit only to respond to your request, and for nothing else. Submissions are rate-limited by network address to keep the form usable.

If you have an account

Your account details — name, email, team — are stored in our database. What you do in the product is recorded against that account, because that is how a shared pipeline works: stages, logged calls, follow-ups and contact purchases are all attributed to the person who made them.

What the product holds

Performance comes from state hotel occupancy tax filings. Ownership comes from county appraisal rolls, state franchise-tax filings and county tax office records — public records, obtained from the agency that publishes each one.

The product also carries business-listing facts about each hotel — its category, website, and whether the listing says open or closed — sourced from commercial listing services.

When a customer requests a phone number for a property, we buy that record from a commercial data vendor and store what we bought, with its Do Not Call and litigation flags attached.

We analyse publicly posted guest reviews of each hotel to gauge how recent guests rate it against its own history. That analysis is internal: we publish only our own summary figure, never another site's rating and never the text of anyone's review. Where a live rating matters, we show Google's own listing card rather than a copy of it.

The names, entities and contact details in the product describe the ownership of commercial hotel properties, drawn from the records above. If a record about you is wrong, or you want a number taken out of view, write to us and we will correct the record or take the number out of view.

Who we share with

Nothing is sold. The service runs on providers who process data on our behalf: hosting on Vercel, the database on Neon, sign-in on Clerk, mail through Resend, contact records from BatchData — and Google, which renders the live listing shown inside the product.
