A subscription covers every market Hotel Trace offers: the ranked hotel list, ownership records, and your whole team. Contact lookups are metered on top, and a lookup that returns nothing is never billed. What it costs is quoted on the call.

Each hotel’s ranking, and the revenue figures behind it, are worked out from public filings, and every ranking links back to the filings it came from. Filings lag, and filers make mistakes. Where a figure looks mis-filed, we flag it in place instead of hiding it.

A ranking is a place to start a conversation. It is not an appraisal, a valuation, or investment advice, and it should not be treated as any of those, including by anyone using it to decide what a property is worth.

Keep logins inside your team. Use the records to run your own outreach. Do not republish the dataset or resell it.

Every purchased number arrives with the compliance flags the data vendor reports attached, and the calling flags are shown beside the number before anyone dials. How your team contacts people remains your team’s responsibility. The Do Not Call policy describes the flags.

If someone tells us your team is calling them unlawfully, we will look into it and tell you. We can suspend access while it is sorted out, because supplying numbers to someone we know is misusing them would make it our problem too. We do not police your outreach.

Contact records are provided to you for business outreach. They are not a consumer report, and they may not be used to decide anyone’s eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, or housing. They are also not for tracing an individual’s whereabouts for personal reasons, and not for feeding into an artificial intelligence system, because the vendor we buy them from forbids both and those limits reach you as they reach us.

Monthly subscriptions end at the next cycle. Annual subscriptions run to the term.
