Terms
The working terms, in plain English.
This page describes how the service works today. It is plain English, not a contract — if we sign an agreement with you, that agreement governs.
The service
A subscription covers a market: scoring, ownership records and your whole team. Verified contacts are metered on top, and a trace that returns nothing is never billed. Pricing is quoted per market, on the call.
The data
Scores and the revenue figures behind them are derived from public filings, and every score links back to the filings it came from. Filings lag, and filers make mistakes — where a figure looks mis-filed we flag it in place rather than hiding it.
A score is a place to start a conversation. It is not an appraisal, a valuation, or investment advice, and it should not be treated as any of those — including by anyone using it to decide what a property is worth.
Your side
Keep logins inside your team. Use the records to run your own outreach — not to republish the dataset or resell it.
Every purchased number arrives with its Do Not Call and litigation flags attached, as reported by the data vendor that sourced it, and the flags are shown beside the number before anyone dials. How your team contacts people remains your team's responsibility.
Term and ending
Monthly subscriptions end at the next cycle. Annual subscriptions run to the term. Either way, your data exports cleanly on the way out.
